We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, and timestamps. We may use cookies and similar technologies for this purpose.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Relay your ad platform data to Claude AI via the Model Context Protocol (MCP) when you make queries
• Authenticate your identity and manage your account
• Communicate with you about the Service
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Anthropic (Claude AI): Ad platform data is passed to Claude through MCP in response to your queries. Data sent to Claude is subject to Anthropic's privacy policy and data handling practices.
• Service providers: We use third-party services (hosting, analytics) that process data on our behalf under appropriate data processing agreements.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose data when required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Ad platform data is accessed in real time and is not permanently stored on our servers. When you disconnect an ad account or delete your Tizzy account, we revoke the associated OAuth tokens and delete your data within 30 days.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS), secure token storage, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
